I watched War of the Worlds reboot with Ice Cube. It's worth it's 10% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It's not even so bad that it's good for comedy sake. It's just bad.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot updates say that it will focus on a slayer named Nova who will be mentored by Buffy (Sarah Michelle Geller). I hope they do this reboot justice. Buffy is iconic.

I think movie theaters are suffering because it costs $18 for a matinee here. Maybe all the overpaid in Hollywood need to start taking paycuts to make it cheaper to get movies to theaters. I'm sure they will somehow manage to live on even half of their double digit contracts.

I don't see Paapa Essiedu being able to carry off that oily greasy unwanted person look that Snape had throughout his life. He's too pretty. I still have Alan Rickman as the measure for Snape though and I don't know how many people could live up to that yardstick.
