I've been a figure skating fan since I can remember, thanks to my wonderful mother. She passed away on December 15, 2013, right before we were set to go to Nationals in Boston. Her spirit was there with me and my dad, as we attended the event to honor her love of skating. She was the best mom and fellow skating fan anyone could ask for. Words cannot express how much I miss her.
My all time fave skaters include Kwan, Boitano, Petrenko, Abbott, Davis/White. The new "special favorite" for me is Jason Brown. Some fans care mostly about jumps and the technical aspects of skating; for me, it is more about the performance and how it makes the audience feel something. I will be a figure skating fan for life.
My hobbies include gardening, watching reality competition shows (SYTYCD), shopping, doodling and of course, Figure Skating!
