I bought Elton John + Brandi Carlisle's new CD (because I like having hard copies) before even hearing any of the music. Guess I trust them. Maybe there will be something skatable on it? I've largely moved away from Amazon and bought the CD directly from Brandi's website.

I got a pneumonia vaccine the other day, so I'm caught up. Two people I know, including an older close friend and DS (age 34) both got pneumonia in the last 2 months.

I have so much respect for this man and hope that his memorials inspire many people to follow his example. DH and I had peanut butter sandwiches last night in his memory - it made us smile.

I like the occasional broadcasts where they measure the height and distance of jumps and would like to see more measurements (speed, edge angles, etc.). Not sure what I'd do with that info, but I like to see a few hard numbers when deciding on a technical score. I often wonder what would happen...
