Russian coaches are afraid of change and reform. CoP system is like a monster to them as it has exposed the weaknesses of their skaters, especially the women.

I am so angry with these Russians and their weight issues. Russians MUST get it into their thick heads that figure IS A SPORT that requires extra muscle strength and endurance to complete difficult transistions and movements to make a program work. Russians prefer their skeletal women so that...
