I was under the impression that Canada had named the World team when they named the Olympic team and that Roman was on it. I must have mixed up the World team for the 4CC team. Sorry for the confusion.
After he moved to Canada, I felt that Circelli did NOT want to be the Country's Only Hope for Men's Figure Skating. Then, when he moved to Italy which had 3 male stars, I was sure of it. I'm quite positive that Circelli is in the exact position where he wants to be - no pressure, no negativity...
I wonder if IOC / ISU will reimpose the ban based on what Russia was doing with the undesea cables. I feel that Russia is ramping up hostile actions against Europe since he now has a friendly US on his side.
I really hated Mark Hanretty saying in his skating commentary that the quad jumps in the future may be required for junior women, based strictly on Mao Shimada and that other European skater. Bah!

Congratulations to Cayla and Jared of the USA who was the only team to skate clean in the SP and wound up in second! May they continue on their quest and wind up with silver! I think this event is the Canadians' to win as they have more flow and difficult elements.
Based on the other Grand Prix scores, I’m pretty sure Adam and Ilia will medal. The issue is between Shoma and Yama; however, I think Shomo will manage to pull it off.
