I wouldn’t miss the Junior (and Novice) events for the world. My roommate and I plan to rent a car and stay at the Residence Inn at the airport.

There used to be several good walking tours of Helsinki. My favorite stopped at a lot of the food vendors. That was 10 years ago so I can't remember any of the specific details other than it was very, very cold outside--bring lots of warm clothing!

I don't remember about the shuttle in San Jose. I just remember that the Nationals in Greensboro before 2020 had an hourly shuttle. (At the 2020 Nationals Aimless drove her car all the way from Vermont and kindly drove me wherever I needed to go.) I wasn't kidding when I wrote that I "hijacked"...

I remember there being a shuttle for spectators when Nationals was in Greensboro the time before last. (I can’t remember which year that was.) It ran once an hour, and if it filled up at 11 p.m., then the rest of us had to wait until midnight for the next one. That’s why I “hijacked” the 11:45...

Does anyone happen to know which Japanese channel will be showing the WTT and when? By sheer chance I am in Tokyo this week and just finished searching every channel on the TV in my hotel room without finding anything.

I suggest changing the title to “effective December 25, 2021”.

And I can confirm that even the folks who volunteered in Accreditation and surreptitiously looked through the long list of names searching for titles such as “Sports Commission“ or “Arena Management” didn‘t have any success. It’s still a mystery.
