I skated seriously from about age 12 to age 16, when we ran out of money (I'm the eldest of 4). I came of age in the Kwan era (she was not far behind me age-wise, but far ahead of me technically). I have yet to forgive Lipinski for Nagano, but I am otherwise pretty open-minded. I have very little patience for national federation shenanigans and the ISU in general.
