Disappointed that we did not get a show in Calgary.
Would likely have attended but I am not heading as far as Edmonton for SOI.
Glad for those who were able to enjoy!
this is also interesting to me and while it is too late for this year's Canadians, next time I am visiting the parents I will look into what Alilou identified in Skate Talker's post.
Thank you all for your suggestions and recommendations ?
For some reason the web app on my tv doesn't like searching the web so cannot figure out how to access cbcgem that way. I don't have any plug in things like fire stick (no idea what it is).
I looked on samsung website and my smart tv isn't smart enough for cbc gem app--you can download the...
even i cannot figure out how to get CBC gem on my smart tv...and i've been using a computer and internet since the late 90s as a uni student ?
it might be because my smart tv is 7 years old, though...
my mom is in her 80s and also wants to watch but does not use a computer or cell phone (despite me getting her one and even paying for the plan with tons of data!). She is sad to miss it, but will have to settle to watch it the next time we are together in front of my computer.??
FYI, you can sign up for premium subscription free trial x 7 days if you wish to watch ad-free.

For its pure fun and whimsy I...

Was it a fever dream or has anyone else seen it? Am I the only person left who watches cable tv, on tv?
I watched 2.5 episodes and everyone in it so far, to me, is funnier than Carolyn, in that they see the ludicrousness of this and wonder where this woman escaped from.
I held off binging so that I can prolong the laughs and even with spoilers I’m looking forward to the climactic performance...

Kurt appeared to have tears in his eyes even in his first number. It is clear he has some history in this city and province and the audience response for the Alberta boys was Wonderful.
I won’t bore with...
and still accepted into the 90s, and 2000s, etc...
Unfortunately, skaters did not/do not need to be in a high performance training centre for these behaviours to occur. Just need to have adults turn a blind eye or to encourage such behaviours.
Big hugs to Skater A to bravely speak up and speak...
The resistance and the novelty of this in some ways surprises me. When I began skating in the 80s my very first competition was as part of a “similar” dance couple. Especially living in the middle of nowhere you did not have many (any!) male partners. So, to make training more interesting we...
