I would bet $1000+ that if Schizas ends up anywhere on the podium at Nationals and her FS isn't a disaster (or there isn't a huge and obvious gap between her and the winner), she will be chosen to go to the Olympics.
So would I, but I don't think Skate Canada will think the same way. Their decisions when they've had to make these kind of choices have been notoriously conservative.
Unless someone has a big showing in one of the remaining GPs or wins by a big lead at Canadians, I would put a good-sized bet on them sending Schizas. I would disagree, but the way SC tends to make decisions, it's highly likely.
