Agree, but if the signed form was officially required to compete in the 2023-24 season and he didn't sign it, why was he competing? Even if SC followed up multiple times, the bottom line is he didn't sign it and they looked the other way until after the season.

Yes, she is their daughter.

It's kinesio tape (or PT tape). She may have had a slight injury/muscle pull/sprain. She hasn't said anything so we don't know the details. FWIW, a lot of skaters have competed with tape like that on various joints/limbs. It didn't seem to affect her in the RD. Hopefully whatever it is heals soon.

Well, Kaori did make a mistake in the SP at Worlds, and I don't think she skated clean at the GPF either....the caveat is she has to skate well. :)
