Hi David, hope you don`t mind me contacting you on here, just a quick query if you come on before tomorrow regarding the Northern Free League. Do you the exact rules as apparantley they have been changed due to rinks not having many higher level skaters. we have a level 8 girl skating for us but she also has part of her novice test and is what i`d class as an IJS skater, and although this is obviously in our favour it doesn`t seem at all fair. I asked chairman of our committee if this is definatley allowed and he assured me that you can now include novice skaters (not sure if full or part novice, ours has only part). Can you confirm this?
