Yes. This is the replacement for ChRs in RD. And another Interesting change in the Sr FD is OFSt: 1. Minimum of two of the three difficult Turns must be in Contact/Hold. 2. Twizzle cannot be performed in Contact/Hold, nor be performed as the last turn. Jr's OFSt remains the same.
