I've watched figure skating, steadily and more or less obsessively, since 1991. I also skate a little myself, just recreationally--would like to skate more, but my time is limited. My favorite discipline is pairs, but I really love all the disciplines. Favorite skater all-time, and the one who made me a fan of the sport, is Kristi Yamaguchi.
