I voted for Lepisto. She was a lovely skater, but IIRC, there were lots of double jumps in her medal-winning long program.

M/K, K/F, and S/D, probably in that order. If S/D don't skate well, though, I think Conti/Macii could take bronze.

Gilles/Poirier, Chock/Bates, and Guignard Fabbri, probably in that order, but it's not 100 percent certain, of course.

Sakamoto, Gubanova, and Mihara, I would guess, but maybe Hendrickx or Levito.

I found his costume rather cringeworthy, and I say that as a big fan of that team (Nav/Bom).

Definitely not Morisi, lol.

Gilles/Poirier, Guignard/Fabbri and I'll guess Chock/Bates, but not by much over whoever is the 4th-place team (probably FB/S but maybe H/B).

Dance - Gilles/Poirier Pairs - Miura/Kihara but Knierim/Frazier still have a good chance Men - Shoma Uno Women - Loena Hendrickx

I quite liked Rena Inoue/John Baldwin, Jr. They had a throw 3A.

Another pairs team that really became successful as pros was Leonova/Khvalko, who were World Professional champions one year (2000, I believe). ETA: Just looked it up, and they also won in 2001.

Pairs - Miura/Kihara or Knierim/Frazier Dance - Guignard/Fabbri or Gilles/Poirier. Unfortunately, I don't think Chock/Bates will get to the top of the podium. Men - Uno Ladies - Probably Sakamoto, but I think some other Japanese skater could possibly spoil.

I wondered, if he'd be satisfied with Worlds and not Olympics, if he'd skate with an American.

I think S/D were also named to Worlds. I believe I read this in an article, although I don't have the link any longer.

Hmm, perhaps their very good results this season have encouraged them to continue! :) I like both of the teams.
