Every evolve is worth 2000 points right now, so you absolutely can get there. I was only half way through 23 and got to 24 and then some. I happened to have a ton of pidgeys and rattatas saved up.

I used my lucky egg and got to level 24. That will probably be the last level I achieve. lol

I caught every darn piece of crap Pokemon I could find yesterday and not one Ditto. Ugh. I noticed that everything was worth double XP yesterday. They must be running another promo right now.
