The Dance Hall 7: Tripping the Light Fantastic 2019-2020

Tessa Virtue was also considered to be stronger artistically than Scott although equal in skating skills I believe.

I also thought, as did my husband, that H&D were better; much faster with intricate lifts. We thought CB were not as sharp, much slower... Oh well.

Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir #48: Long Time Running

Just saw the St.John's Rock the Rink (not sure when that was actually performed) and cried my eyes out. After watching the FD's at NHK on NBC today, I just miss them so much and to watch their last skating performance ever, was really sad.

Congratulations to them winning gold at Nebelhorn! Really enjoyed the RD posted above. Would love to see the Nebelhorn version, both RD and FD sometime.

Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir #48: Long Time Running

Thanks so much for letting us know. Spent a wonderful time watching all the Olympic performances. I'd forgotten how awesome their compulsory dance was in 2010 and it was great to see the SD in Peongchang again! I also enjoyed watching how much they grew in the 12 years as performers and...

The Dance Hall 7: Tripping the Light Fantastic 2019-2020

V&M are absolutely one of the greatest teams of all time, but the only FD they did that did justice to their talent level was the Carmen one, and even that one didn't go as far as it could choreographically. I agree. The nonsense of the "sketchiness" or "inappropriateness" or whatever people...

Who are the greatest skaters ever from Canada, U.S, Japan, France, and Russia

I agree with most of your choices only I'd put Kurt Browning in place of Patrick Chan even though he doesn't have an Olympic medal. He influenced skating in a specific way; also won 4 world titles; his footwork was just way ahead of all others except for equal to Scott Hamilton.

I watched their Olympic FD again today. Sigh. I really miss them.

    Kaetlyn Osmond retires from competition

Also on FSU there were people writing that Kaetlyn only won because the others fell which, if she read that, would contribute to her feelings. Makes me more aware that I need to be sensitive about all skaters, even those I don't care for, in case they read my posts. I'm quite worried about...
