I saw them in Phoenix that year. I even got to shake their hands as they circled the rink at the end of the Finale. Such a loss.

According to the protocols, the team did only two Choreographic elements instead of the required three - the ChSl and the required. ChSt, for which they received only a 0.83 GOE.

I take the bus from the Albany Airport in July for the Ice Dance competitions, but November can be iffy since it's a 2.5 hour ride through the mountains.

Better yet is the light rail that goes right by the airport and ASU - 5 minutes apart.

The FD small medals were presented outside the TD Garden prior to the Gala on Sunday. After the presentation, the medalists invited Lilah and Lewis to join them on the stage. There was a large crowd including those waiting to enter for the Gala.

I've flown into Albany and taken the bus to LP - but definitely not in the winter. There's one going each way daily.
