Probably my favorite RD so far this season, finally something that seems fun and pure 90s instead of all the RDs we got so far, which mostly leaned heavily on the campy side of the 90s.
It wasn't a criticism of Gabi at all, it was a criticism of Cizeron, who, in my eyes, has several limitations as a skater that require his female partner to accommodate, and there was only so much Gabi could do with that.
Laurance seems very adaptable to me, especially considering her skating...
L/B has a good FD with Bjork, the ending needs a lot of work I think, but the rest was compelling. He was not steady on his feet today, and even the rotational lift that opened the program was shaky and he was struggling all the way through. It does feel like the boot they got from the...
Same here, and I made the post 😆
Disagree on this one, if anything L/B were lowballed here to cement FB/C's superiority. Their RD is very similar to last season's, but it still works and it was an overall good outing of it. The eight-point gap feels manufactured to me, considering what both...
French Masters showed the full RD event. FB/C start at 26:30, D/LM start at 01:02:24, and L/B start at 01:09:00.
Top 3: FB/C with 88.5, L/B with 80.30, D/LM with 76.91.

It's also so innovative that an IAM Ontario junior team is also doing something very similar (and the movements in the video look very similar to P/C's 2022 RD)...

They sure will! They will be missed at the Olympics.
Going back to the spots, I tried to find how it works now - assuming Finland "returns" the spot before the qualification event - will 5 spots be earned there? Will it go to the team who would have gotten the spot at Worlds (Harris/Chen)? And...
Damn, I was happy when the FINs managed to get two spots to the Olympics, I was really hoping they would somehow make it 😔
Does Finalnad have another eligible team to send in that 2nd spot, or will the spot be up for grabs?
ETA: the article mentions Daniela Ivanitskiy and Matthew Sperry, but...
