FYI - the schedules are a bit off. GreenP and DupNab programs started & ended at almost the same time. There's guaranteed overlap between Les Gacs and WolfTsar.

I think they changed the whole program, not just the costumes. I'd have to check to make sure, but I don't think that's the same FD they've been doing. It was good -- but I really miss that dress! It was my favorite costume of the season so far!

Anyway. Those were not good levels on the twizzles, but TES is well ahead overall, if it holds up.

Oh my God, I just watched the fall during the rotational lift of Louise, holy crap, I actually screamed out. And I have it on pause I don’t even want to see how they recover.

That’s a difficult want to watch. I hope she’s OK.

I'm so intrigued by the choice of a blue dress to portray Cleopatra. I usually think of her in gold.

That seemed like a lot of effort for JvRStef. Which is true for all of the teams competing both in Oberstdorf & Bratislava this weekend. TES is already dropping, so we'll see if they hold onto the 4 pt lead they had over Les Gacs from the RD.

Good speed, a nice soft quality to the performance. Twizzles looked good to me, though Anthony has only a L3 for now. They kept two lifts from Carmen -- I think. I don't have the best memory for these things, so someone else will need to confirm that. Big spread eagle on the DANSE MON ESMERALDA bit. @Rukia will be happy to know that they did use some lesser-known cuts, so it's not as derivative as it might be. :) It very much looked like the first time out, and needs to be developed a lot, but they skated fine and I think they can take it somewhere good. They both looked very happy and relieved when they were done.

Wellllllll... For scrapping a FD and putting together a new one in just over 5 weeks, this is okay. On first blush, easily their weakest FD in a few seasons. Lots of familiar lifts/elements. If they were going to go warhorse, I wish they'd gone with "Titanic" and let Anthony die at the end rather than Christina for a twist, lol.

I liked that from CarPon. Their wheelhouse is classical storytelling and that will look even better with mileage. She’s become such a wonderful diva.

Okay, so they've definitely improved the costumes since Bolero Cup. The plaid on Lewis' costume stands out WAY more, same with Lilah's. They've blinged out the plaid lines with silver crystals/stones and it really helps.

ETA - they got rid of the lace sleeves on Lilah's dress. I think I'd switch Lewis' shirt out from the navy lace one he's got on for a burgundy lace one to match Lilah's dress and give his costume just a bit more of the red.

I appreciate Fear/Gibson giving me an earworm that I don't actually mind too much. :) Wonderful speed and energy! Twizzle levels were low, though.

Also, unless I blinked and missed it, Lilah no longer sits on the boards. Wonder if they caught flak for that.

Nope, I noticed that too! Instead, Lewis hoists her onto his shoulder to start the character step seq.
