I do hope if England wins the fans across England won't get stupid the way sporting fans in the US can get when their team wins the World Series, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, or NBA championship (or the CFP/BCS title - Auburn fans were really stupid).

England’s coach looks so much like an old friend we lost a couple of months ago, my heart skips a beat every time the camera shows him.

He is apparently a lovely man and this is the best team we have had not just talent but are philanthropic as well, agreeing to donate their winnings to the NHS. (British free govt health care). I hope they win. Although Italy is my favourite country to visit and the best wine. Lol
