In this article, the reporter gets his history and facts wrong in trying to stir up drama about the US Ladies' performances in PC.

He forgot about Sasha winning a Silver Medal in Torino. Check out the "list" created as if it was true.

He also listed Debi Thomas as a silver medalist in 1988, sigh. At least he didn't mention her go fund me page and poor life decisions, now THAT is rock bottom.

nekkidgator, I was so shocked about the whole Debi Thomas thing, esp with her being an orthopedic surgeon and all. I just can't fathom how something like that could happen. It IS rock bottom and it seems unthinkable to me. She seems to have an amazingly positive attitude about the whole thing, at least when last I checked. She seemed upbeat and not at all bitter. Sometimes life is so strange.

Well, sadly fixing the typos don't change the point: us ladies skating has gone from marquee to In recent year.

And the opposite of "starting drama" is ignoring the sport, which may work out in the short term for the embarrassment of the 3 ladies who maganaged the historic results, but it's not what the sport needs in order to rebuild.
