Litvintsev moved out of Russia before it was cool.

I hate this program. The choreographer asked him "which parts of Lion King you want to skate to?" And he answered "Yes. And a tiger print".

Mom home, minor surgery went well and I filled her with Waffle House for being such a good, brave patient then put her to bed when we got home, graded kiddies work they were supposed to submit in my absence and sent "emails of concern" to those who did not, and have caught up on all the skaters I missed and am now live. I deserve a COOKIE.

My mom could not have timed her surgery better--I don't usually get to watch any Euros, much less live, and what an all-the-emojis competition to watch.

So happy Chitti made it--after he skated, I was worried as I think his score might be 1-1.5 points higher had he not been first.
