Gotta say, I really liked this.
I wasn't sure at first but I get that she's telling a story. To me it's a progression, a descent into madness...if that's what she was aiming to convey I think she nailed it. I like how into character she got with this. She really went after it and held nothing back. I totally respect that and I enjoyed the drama of it. I don't think it was meant to be a pretty Swan Lake. Besides, she's already done that and did it beautifully. Kudos to her for stepping outside of the "pretty" box and going straight for the raw, gritty side of performing. I thought it was great .
