ETA: Awww, someone threw her a (fake) red rose after her Beauth & the Beast program. I enjoy watching her perform to this music that she obviously loves and relates to -- one highlight is her long spiral near the end. I think the music is very well edited as well.

@Rukia was referring to Alex Evans' second half song -- Taylor Swift's "Look What You Made Me Do" -- that Alena Budko also memorably used for her Novice SP back in the 2018-19 season.

Katie Shen won the FS (125.67), rotating/landing 7 triples (only negative GOE was for 3Fe), and was 2nd overall (180.30) to Josephine Lee (182.82), who had 4 of the 6 triples she landed called clean and looked improved to me here - final standings/link to protocols: https://ijs.usfigureskating.org/leaderboard/results/2023/33480/CAT005SEG010.html

I forgot to mention last night that Sonia Baram looked like the happiest skater of the night after she had finished her charming "Sous le Ciel de Paris"/French-themed program and when she heard her scores (107.05 in FS, 157.42 total) for 3rd place.
