Lovely hydroblade move at beginning of program, stationary lift looked like it was going to travel as they went into it, but he got it centered and they got the correct credit, still loving that the Ukranians are skating to "You Don't Own Me." , some decent edges in the one foot sequence (low levels, though). Could work more on the ease with which they exit elements, nice danceability with good engagement from both partners.

Yes, UKR has two spots at Euros. N/N finished 10th in 2022 and the other Ukrainian team also made the FD.

I think this team should definitely take their chance to skate Senior when the opportunities are available. They can move back down to Juniors for Junior Worlds if they'd like.

Oh, definitely! They have talent and they can benefit from the exposure to the senior level this season.

Had to run my dog out after the Ukrainians. Really nice skating from both teams. I like that FD from Pinchuk & Pogorielov.

Not so sure about the music but that was a really nice skate from Pidgaina & Koval, much better than at Bosphorus cup.

Didn't see the whole thing because I was watching Selevko, but looked like a smooth performance. On replay, the twizzle free legs looked shaky. My overall impression is that they stayed within their wheelhouse and presented a polished performance.

I wasn't really paying attention to their skating, but I was confused about the music choices. Can't say I've ever heard "Man, I Feel Like a Woman!" in that particular context before. And I won't be sad if I don't again.

Nice stationary lift to rotational lift, They did a nice job of setting a mood with little choreographic touches, better levels on steps than other teams (2, 2) and 2, 3), music gets very strong at end, but they don't quite match. Then a fall on choreo steps. Ending with a whimper today.
