It doesn't sound good when the free dance is referred to as 'Rocky'. Doesn't bring up positive associations. Which one of them is Rocky? Okay, Eye of the Tiger is good. Does @tony like faux boxing more or less than he liked faux sword fighting.

What a weird program. I mean Fear and Gibson are usually one of my favourite dance teams but I don't know how I feel about this

I get that they need to have a change in tempo, but the slow section in the middle just felt weird. Are they trying to make me feel all moody and introspective about boxing? Because that's generally not how I feel about boxing.

All I can think of when I hear music from Rocky is the lame half time show our High School band had in 1977. We thought it was lame when the director first presented it to us.

This seems more exhibition. Probably the music and costumes. I dont get the braids though.

Lilah up on her toe pick in the 2nd set of twizzles. She's really been able to control those errors this season.

Her free leg in the twizzles kept dipping lower instead of staying in place, too.

I just don't think it's much of anything. Still a lot of crossovers and prep for elements, the 'complexity' in between elements was stuff like fake jump roping, etc. They don't need to do anything different because their PCS will just keep going up anyways.

Quite honestly they should have made this an exhibition. I didn't even enjoy it in the cheesy way.

My mom recognised the music and came down the hall to watch them and she's never seen F/G skate before. She thought they weren't doing very much and the program looked empty. She's joining me in disagreeing with Kaitlyn on CBC lol.

At Kaitlyn going over all the research they put into this program, the boxing lessons, all for us to just at it.

I mean I don't hate it, I don't love it. I don't understand that middle slow section AT ALL. It just is.
