Loewenherzes - Ted got ahead of himself and tried to make them Canadians Kemp/Elizarov, lol.

Passable 2tw, and she's down on the SBS 2a, his blade work on the lift was the worst of the day and it wasn't terrible just not smooth. And she botches the throw 3lo landing - two foot, low and steps out. Well, this will put their fellow Germans into the FS for sure.

I was gonna make fun of the crotch lift so ugly that it could only make Grace Hanns proud, but that was a rough looking tracker. I think they gave their GER teammates a gift.

Kemp/Elizarov - this is another junior team I'm trying hard not to uber.

Crashy 3tw to open, bad step out and possible UR for her on the 2a. Nice throw 3lo! Nice lift. Love the entrance into the spins and pretty decent synch on them.

They are going to have some work to do in the Free Skate. Not often that you see a twist go up so crooked, and Yohnatan did a good job to adjust his pattern to make a catch.

Crashy 2tw - looks like she was lost in the air. Throw 2lo, SBS 2z - she bounced and stepped put. This is going to get buried - probably 8th in the SP, I think - PCS will save them from any lower.

My feline companion and I are heading to bed - I turned a year older on the 27th (which ended 1/2 an hour ago or so) and have no stamina for 6 hours of Junior Women SPs. I'm not sure how Ted is going to hold up through that!!

I laugh because, really? Who are they kidding? If they get two senior GP assignments on the initial go-round they're not gonna stay in juniors.

They need to word the age change to state it only applies if one partner does not meet the age requirement for seniors. Problem solved.
