Ok guys....today I want to ask you all what your favorite Discipline is...and then tell me which one skater in that Discipline,you wish you could be as good as. If you like Ice-Dance or Patrs,please name a team. Mine is Ice-Dance...and I wish I could be as good as Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir.

I'm a chick but my favorite discipline is men's. I like way too many skaters but I wish I could sweep across the ice like Han Yan, Liam Firus or Andrew Torgashev. Never mind the jumps, I'd just like to be able to skate as smoothly and efficiently as they do.

(Leaving out the obvious super humans like Patrick Chan and Yuzuru Hanyu because they are in another stratosphere.)

My favourite has always been mens.

I'd take the charisma of Kurt Browning, the jumps of Yuzuru (with the landing knees of Nobunari Oda), the skating skills of Patrick Chan, the spin positions of Jeff Buttle with the spin speed of Stephane Lambiel, and the consistency of Plushenko.

I like pairs the best. My favorite is Xue Shen who, the first time I saw her, was a shy and awkward little mouse, and then she transformed into the most beautiful, fierce, confident and kickass woman.

Ice Dance - a modern day Marina Klimova with Dubova's foundation with her basics in both skating skills and posture/line/body awareness/ability to do intricate choreography with perfect partnering and unison (I'd probably need to find my own Sergei Ponomarenko for that...IMO still the best male ice dancer ever) mixed with the modern-day Montreal aesthetics and emphasis on power. Oh and that wild hair perfectly complimenting my look.
