Refreshing myself with the Olympic qualification rules, wow, this is kinda rough for Harris & Chan. Despite making the free dance and currently being 18th, realistically they'd need to move up past Holly's BFF Hannah to qualify an Olympic spot here.

He fell on a scored element. And then later Cathy Reed did too in the same group... and they fell out of the top 20 altogether.

He fell on their step sequence. They're extremely lucky to make the FD, they got bailed out by Allison Reed also falling and dropping R/A below them in the standings.

I think they will finish around 12th to 15th depending on how good they do and if others have some issues though their Tango is capable of scoring big and they are not that far, like 4 points from 15th place.

Though a top 10 is very unlikely

Yeah, it's a real bummer for them. The OQE in September is going to be brutal with only 4 more spots available - one will go to Unnamed Russian and one will surely go to ReedAmbru. I have to think that YoMori will be in a really strong position for the 3rd spot, and if Tali/Lafornara come out with some Italian mojo behind them, HarChan may find themselves on the outside looking in again.
