USFS' Fashion/Styling event in Boston on Aug. 26; Summer Sizzler in Norwood, Aug. 27, 2026

More on the event:

We'll have more pics on our IG and hopefully a photo gallery soon.

Here are some video clips during the practices, including a death spiral from Starr and Daniil, some chatting from Max about taking the season off, and some fun twizzling from Christina and Caroline. I'm sure there will be lots more clips here from the show:

For those who can't watch Instastories, authorameliasandrine usually will post full fan cam videos afterwards on Instagram along with a report on Substack.

Last year USFS posted an edited version of the Summer Sizzler on their YT channel about a week later, and I believe they are planning to do so again.

ETA:

Skating Club of Boston is also posting Instastory clips from the show, starting here: https://www.instagram.com/stories/skatingclubbos/3973297156773557823/

Caroline & Christina "back by popular demand" :D:

"First look at a full program from Shin/Howe - their short to Clair de Lune / Photograph - pairing looks good, quality basics from both; a few miscues here and there with their timing but not surprising given how new they are" (from Jackie Wong) https://x.com/rockerskating/status/2093122755688325551

(Cross-posting here from the U.S. Pairs news thread.)

"Going to Lori Nichol and Carolina Kostner for her short program actually has made Isabeau Levito's skating look different than it's been. The Rosalia SP is a new look for her, and it's got a lot of potential. Really curious to see where Benoit Richaud's FS takes her as well" https://x.com/rockerskating/status/2093125444732141839

Summer Sizzler 2026 is still up on USFS' YT.

ETA - Summer Sizzler photos by Robin Ritoss:

New 11-minute video was uploaded today by USFS (ETA NEW link): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqs3dSmEkdE
Olympian and Champs Camp veteran Danny O’Shea takes Jackie Wong behind the scenes at U.S. Figure Skating’s high-performance camp to see how some of the country’s top skaters prepare for the season ahead.

Danny and Jackie make their way through the different stations of Champs Camp, from on-ice feedback and off-ice judging sessions to choreography, equipment maintenance, and the NBC interview room.

Along the way, they join Andrew Torgashev and choreographer Dmitri Chaplin for an off-ice choreography session, learn how athletes receive feedback directly from judges, get an inside look at how skates and blades are maintained, and find out why NBC spends extensive time interviewing athletes before the season begins.

It’s an inside look at the preparation, details and feedback that go into getting Team USA ready for a new figure skating season.
