The Dance Hall 14: Waltz Tango Foxtrot

Carolina Portesi Peroni and Pietro Papetti are a new ice dance team for Italy, training with Barbara Fusar-Poli.
I liked Portesi Peroni a lot when she was with Chastecky. Glad to see her back.

Nobody has asked what country Bakerie will compete for. I would guess Canada, but JLB doesn’t have citizenship to my knowledge (US and UK). At least he doesn’t have to twist himself into pretzels to prove residency

Excited about this one.

or even an update on how his surgery went?
Yes :)

Well, this ought to clear out the remaining older teams and probablyat least a couple other Euro teams.

FBCiz confirming they will compete until 2030 and their home Olympics.

Hannah Lim posted on IG a skincare routine/skating update. She's found a new partner & they're working on their RD but she doesn't tell us who he is.

She may as well just tell us it’s Zak Lagha.

All the other IAM rumours have been right so far, IIRC.

The wall have eyes… 👀

Does she say she’s only ever done 3 pattern dances??

In junior, Lim/Quan did Argentine tango and the blues. What was her competitive history before Quan? Because novices do compete pattern dances although perhaps she wasn’t counting dances done in her younger years.

Do we think her talking about doing the Golden Waltz means no country switch? Or if she is indeed switching to Canada maybe planning on competing domestically for this season?

If Hannah has teamed up with Zack or any other Canadian, there are still plenty of domestic events in Canada (Lake Placid might also be OK, the non-international event? not sure, I've never looked into how that would work with a country switch) -- Quebec Summer Championships would be very likely, potentially along with Souvenir Georges-Ethier, sectional championships, Challenge, then Nats. Decent opportunities to get used to competing together. Ontario also has a number of events that sometimes include competitors from outside the section.

Skaters and their priorities. I don't give a crap what she puts on her face, I want her to say who her partner is!
But surely you understand that skincare is important for skaters, especially ice dancers. It's not just about pretty visuals, but also about looking outwardly healthy even when being tired, underslept and/or sick.

Sure, and brushing their teeth and taking showers is also important, but I don't need to see that either.
That's not quite the same, as there are quite many people who are interested in skin care/makeup/hair care, especially if a favorite actress, singer or figure skater is showing that. If you are not one of those people, no one is forcing to watch you Lim's or anyone else's skin care tutorials/videos. If there is any other information in the video that might interest you, your fellow skating fans are surely going to tell you about that, the same as happened now.
