Penny Coomes - injury & recovery

I've seen some updates about this before, but nothing from Coomes & Buckland, so I figured this is a good reason for a new thread: Penny has posted a video with some details about her knee injury and progress since then. It sounds like a tough thing to deal with and I hope to she'll continue to make good progress with her recovery and rehab. Good luck to her & Nick!

I don't think Haven's fracture was as much of a patella shatter as Penny's. Penny's sounds more like what you get in a Greek restaurant when you throw a plate.
