I never could get over the idea that Kate and Liam supposed to be childhood friends. Unless Kate’s character was held back in school multiple and multiple times.

But fun. And Liam was really hot in the movie.
I just pretended she was ten years younger and he was five years older and life beat her up quite a bit. Not that I’m saying she looked bad or anything, but she did look older than because she is in real life. Of course, it was refreshing in a way after we’ve been conditioned to see women like twenty or more years younger playing romantic interests to middled aged or older men.

I was going to buy some Mandalorian tshirts from Her Universe, the clothing line founded by Ashley Eckstein, Ahsoka Tano’s original voice actress. Thank god I didn’t because I want whatever Boba Fett shirts they will be selling next week.

If I agreed with you, we’d both be wrong.

Apparently Netflix refuses to add a fictional disclaimer to the “Crown”. Hmm.. obviously it’s a drama, but bringing up the Diana years must be painful. The Royal family had never had anyone like her. I feel for W & H, but there isn’t anything being shared that the world doesn’t know about. I still remember where I was when I learned about her passing away.

He was one of the better actors last century. Look at one of his earlier roles, such as his performance in Maurice. The problem is not his acting; rom-coms may have made him a Hollywood star, but they sidetracked a serious career.
I always liked Hugh Grant.

Yeah I mean they are basically guessing at the stuff. Yes I remember exactly where and what I was doing when the news broke late that night saying she was in a serious accident. 😔 i bawled through the funeral.

I'm so excited for all of these but WandaVision is the one I want to watch NOW.

How did I miss that Fargo season 4 was out?! Loving it so far!
OK, so somehow we never watched Fargo, is it worth it to start at the beginning of season one? I think it might be 10 shows per season, that's a lot of catching up...Thanks in advance for opinions.

The seasons are stand alone stories, so you can start at four if you like. Two is my personal favorite.

Not on any of the aforementioned stations, but on HGTV, a series about a rather eccentric British couple who buy a wrecked chateau in France and use their combined skills to restore it on a shoestring. It's called Escape to the Chateau. Very different and very interesting. Give it a try.

I think they are all worth watching! They ARE intertwined with characters - so it’s fun to watch them all but you don’t need the info of the other seasons.

I would definitely watch the older ones. Season 4 was my least favorite.

Watched The Dressmaker on the weekend - not the movie I expected - very captivating and some good plot twists and of course the amazing dresses were gorgeous - hope it is remembered at Oscar time. Kate did look a bit older than Liam but overall it didn't bother me - and her skin looked amazing - my hairdresser would say her skin was like butter!

Started The Queen's Gambit - it is pretty good but I don't find it bingeworthy - I guess from all the hype I was expecting more.

Watched Ava as well - my husband kept saying Jessica Chastain looks exactly like Julia Roberts lol. Okay but not my favorite of the weekend.

My goal is to try and shorten my Netflix list before the new year - I keep adding and adding and never watching!
