Well, since the original translation for the FS interview was done by a good friend of mine, I'd love to give her a credit where the credit is due

(Also I added a few paragraphs that were not in the translation):

Kao Miura lands three quadruple jumps: ‘I can (finally) give Ilia some good news’ – Tokyo Regional
ーLookig back at the whole performance?
Kao: It’s been a while since my performance has really come together—or rather, it’s rare for my performance to be this perfect (laugh). I myself was a little surprised when I managed to complete all three quids. They went so smoothly that I had extra time, which made me feel a little panicky.
Not only did I prove I’m in good shape, but the fact that I was able to show it during an actual competition will really help me moving forward. As I head into major competitions from here on out, I’ll feel confident and at ease, so I think I’ll be able to get through the season without any unnecessary pressure.
- You popped 3S and did 2S during the 3A-Eu-3S combination. However, if you nail the 3S, you can get 190 points, right?
Kao: Yes, I agree. But today, all three of my quadruple jumps were executed at the number-one level in my career. I just watched the video, and even Salcow —whch I usually jump with a crooked axis—was rising straight up as if time had stopped. It was a really great jump. It was the kind of jump where you could tell right when you took off that you were going to make it. I want to keep that feeling in mind.
- Have you changed your jumping techniques?
Kao: My mindset has definitely changed a lot. My right hand used to come out on its own (in the past). I learned from the training at
Ilia's rink that by controlling the tendency to tense up my body with force, I can execute jumps of such high quality without using that much strength.
(My note: in the previous interview Kao said he learned how Ilia “keeps” his right arm still until the moment of takeoff)
Anyway, doing it that way meant I wasn't as tired as usual, so I had plenty of energy today. I was able to stay focused until the very end, more so than usual. When I get tired, I usually rely on sheer will power to get through it, but today I didn't even need that—I had a great skate.
-You’ll be able to give
Ilia some good news, won’t you?
Kao: I can finally give him a good news! (laugh) I think he’ll be relieved when he hears it. He remembers how I skated in the Olympic Games and in the World Championships, and, therefore, he taught me so earnestly, trying to help me in any way he could.
For now, I feel like the “better version of myself” is back, and I want to let him know that I've accomplished this much.
-You also achieved level 4 in all of your spins.
Kao: I practiced my spins a great deal while I was at Ilia's rink. Not only did I manage to achieve level 4s, but I feel my rotational speed has increased considerably. My camel position has also improved slightly, and many people around me have commented on this. I hadn’t expected that a simple tip on how to enter the spin would allow me to spin so much faster. I was not aware of it, so it was a tremendous learning experience.
Ilia showed it to me explaining, "If you enter (into spin) this way, you’ll get into the spin without any awkward wobbles." Honestly, I wondered ‘How do you know something like that!?’ I was just amazed.
Although his jumps certainly attract a lot of attention, his knowledge is not limited to jumps alone. The training camp (with Ilia) was a real treasure for me.
Ilia would practice himself while also helping me out, so it was a bit like this: for example, after he’d done a quadruple jump+ 3A+3A combination, he’d come over to me to give advice, then do a 4Lz, and come back again to give me more advice.
I was also making slight adjustments to the position of my boots, and his father helped me with that. While his father was observing me standing still , Ilia was standing right next to him, watching intently, and he’d say, "Shouldn’t it be a bit more this way?" He even knows about the boots – he’s amazing. I really felt that he truly loves figure skating.
-Have you been making slight changes, such as adjusting the position of the blades, compared to before?
Kao: Yes. I’ve also been adding insoles and the like. We adjusted the angle of the blades, and we made very subtle adjustments to that angle too. I was having a bit of trouble with the loop jump, but his dad helped me with those adjustments as well.
-That’s quite the treat, isn’t it?
Kao: Yes, it’s definitely worth more than the price I paid (laughs). It’s really a generous treat worth far more than the ice time and lesson fees (laughs).
