Hello everyone!
I’ve been a longtime follower of figure skating and recently completed a huge project analyzing 14k performances across the 2022–2026 Olympic quadrennial as the largest scale analysis of evaluation panel behaviors.
My focus is on the numbers behind the sport—looking at how technical calls are made, how scoring varies across different international panels, and how the current rules function in practice.
I’ve always appreciated the thoughtful, in-depth discussions on this board, and I’m looking forward to joining in on conversations about protocols, scoring trends, and the sport in general.
