The competitor list for the first early season competition in BC, Victoria Day (May 18 to 20) is now up. Looks like Olivia Gran (J1) is making the move to Senior and Sarah Tamura is also registered.

The list of approved Canadian competitions is as follows:
• ON: Skate Ontario Summer Skate #1 (July 26-29 in Gloucester) *Note: "Minto Summer Skate" has been replaced by this comp. to be held at the Richcraft Sensplex (Ottawa East)
• AB/NT/NU: Wild Rose Invitational Competition (August 2-6 in Leduc)
• BC/YK: Super Series BC Summer Skate (August 16-19 in Burnaby)
• ON: Skate Ontario Summer Skate #2 (August 16-19 in North York)
• QC: Quebec Summer Skate (August TBA)

(In case anyone is wondering, I plan to start a new thread for 2018 U.S. Club competitions in the near future.)

At TCC, I believe. As he was with his old partner. Makes sense, since he's still doing men's singles and training at Cricket.

No idea. I haven't seen her on any entry lists or IPS, but that doesn't really tell us anything yet.

I guess there's a decent chance that Corey will have a JGP spot or two in both singles and dance, depending on summer results.

I got a press release from Skate Canada saying that Autumn Classic tickets will go on sale Tuesday, June 19, at 10:00 a.m. All-event tickets are $85.

As well in Senior Ladies the Decelle twins Emy and Kim are now entered. I was wondering about Joseph Phan...funny he is not entered as well as Stephen Lapointe/Shalena Rau. Does anyone know why not?

Stephen updated his IPS bio June 19th. As for Joseph, not sure but he is entered in Jr Men at Minto.

Olivia skated senior at Victoria Day. I suspect she will stay junior internationally and skate senior domestically this season. She is certainly capable of making the senior international team and causing a bit of an upset.

This competition had live streaming last year but I don't see anything on the Skate Ontario site about streaming this year. I would love to be able to watch this competition. Actually I'm tempted to make a last minute road trip....

I really hope there will be archiving this year. The senior men and junior pairs run at the same time on Saturday night. However will I choose?
