Club affiliation dictates their Section. If you know what state the club is located in then you can figure out the Section.

Roughly speaking - http://www.sk8stuff.com/f_basic_ref/regions_table.htm

Eastern - Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia & the Chattanooga area of Tennessee (due to its proximity to Atlanta)

Midwestern - Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee (except Chattanooga area), Texas & Wisconsin

Pacific Coast - Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming

Thanks!I knew the relationships between the club membership and the regions, but I did not think about finding it one by one 😅 . Thanks for the helpful information!

LOL - Google is my friend - most of the clubs it's pretty easy to tell what state they're in once you've followed US domestic skating for awhile but there are a few I've had to look up.

We have three NQS competitions this weekend -

Pacific NW Interclub Championships - Singles & Pairs - https://ijs.usfigureskating.org/leaderboard/results/2024/33489/index.asp
Notable Entrants -
Sr Men - Lucas Broussard, Samuel Mindra
Jr Men - Lorenzo Elano
Sr Pairs - Korytek/Chapman
Jr Pairs - Shapovalova/Griffin

Skate Cleveland - Singles - https://ijs.usfigureskating.org/leaderboard/results/2024/33466/index.asp
Sr Women - Alexa Gasparotto
Jr Women - Sofia Jarmoc

Challenge Cup - Ice Dance - I haven't been able to find the link for this competition yet.

There are only two NQS events left after this weekend - Austin Classic (Singles & Ice Dance) next weekend and Boston Open (Singles & Pairs) in two weeks. Hard to believe we're already near the end!

I thought Lucas didn't need to do NQS anymore since his participation in Skate America allows him to advance to Sectional, but I guess he wants to use this opportunity to get more competition experience?

One would assume, yes, he's just doing it for competition experience since he wasn't assigned to a pre-SkAm Challenger - which is a bit surprising, but he may have some school/schedule conflicts and this particular NQS is in his backyard.

The schedule would indicate there are probably only 2 dance teams entered in junior and senior respectively.

Koncius/Schepetov are one of the senior teams competing in Austin per MIDA’s IG.
If there are 4 senior teams...

Koncius/Shchepetov

And 3 of the 5 teams below:
Cui/Rogers
Hessel/Klaber
Melillo/Schapfel
Pham/Spiridonov
Yi/Savelev

If there are 5 junior teams, then my guess would be 5 of the 6 below:
Chen/Eckert
Epps/Gilman
Kirwan/Le Coq
Kouevi/Homawoo
Renzi/Lissauer
Stapert/Korotcov

ETA - it's also possible that 1 or more of the teams in each category are competing as visitors - like Ziobrowska/Judd did last weekend.
