I’m pleased Shaidorov did pretty well. Always nice when an alternate gets a chance and makes the most of it!

It's justice for the fact that he was underscored at.... Whatever event I thought he was underscored. They've all blended together.

Anyways he wouldn't have been an alternate if he was scored properly at some point.

He always wears boot covers, they are usually black so they blend in. Presumably to cover up the hockey laces.

I think this is ilia’s best program by a LOT. Nice transitional stuff out of the jumps, but there’s still a noticeable lack of flow compared to most other men. He’s moving well, I wouldn’t say it’s complex movement but at least it it’s not prodding around the ice stalking the jumps.

Lutz may need a second look.

I really hate this outfit. It makes him look plump and even sloppier in his posture.

I think the thing is he doesn’t need flow. He puts something else in there altogether. Everything from him is bursts, and so instead of flow like a swift river, it’s a stunning series of waterfalls.

I hate the costume but it does make him look less lanky/all legs. I appreciate that he gives us a costume and that he clearly likes this program and sells it well.

I personally liked that from Ilia. The pants "could" be much worse. He could look like the common rap performance with pants down past his butt crack and 15 sizes too big.

I think it's an excellent program for him and he's made great strides in presentation too.

He's really at ease with the music and seems to enjoy it which in turn makes his presentation better. So I am happy with the program....even though it's not my thing (and the pants are .... ).
