Looking at the protocols, they are still using only 4 judges. Therefore, Egna scores can't be used towards qualification for ISU Championships (aka achieving minimum TES).
It is a pity for the skaters involved because they could have used the Referee as one of the judges but they didn't do for whatever reason. I wouldn't discount the organizers don't know ISU rulebook (rule 420, paragraph 5, point c).

It's too bad because Guarino got the 2021 Worlds minimum TES (64) in his FS here (his SP TES was 37 at 2021 Challenge Cup which is 3 points above the Worlds minimum).
