I can't remember where I saw it but earlier there was mention of a practice cam at SA on Thursday October 22. It doesn't seem to be listed now. Does anyone know if it is still going to be on for practices?

I asked someone at USFS (since the sentence "Programming from Skate America will begin with the Practice Cam, beginning on October 22nd" was in USFS' Oct. 7th press release about Peacock Premium), and was told "there will be coverage of practice on Thursday." Guess we'll have to wait until that day to find out for certain.

The RD time on the colored schedule doesn't match the streaming schedule. I hope the streaming schedule is right so it starts earlier in the Central and Eastern time zones!

I don’t know about the rest of you but...
Every morning this week, when I wake up and don’t see an announcement about SkAm’s cancellation, I let out a little joyful squeal! Whoopee!!! One more day...almost there...
Same! Working from home now and streaming skating on my TV instead of my phone is fantastic, lol.

Turned on the TV in time to see Nathan. He looks amazing as usual! Is it just me or does Tomoki look thinner this season?

Will there be a prediction contest?? Pretty please?? So I can make a fool of myself yet again??

I’m so sorry! The whole concept of a season just seemed so unlikely! (And our prediction team includes a new mom and a teacher so we’re riding the struggle bus). I can throw it together now if people don’t mind only having 24 hrs to predict?

I have no idea why you are apologizing. If the poster who asked wants a prediction contest, perhaps she should organize it, since you have more than enough to deal with.

This honestly feels like it's back to circa 2000 and we are seeing one of those early-season USFS cheese-fest events, where got to see skaters like Stacey Pengsen and Andrea Gardiner outside of Nationals. Who could forget Deanna Stellato's 6.0 and brilliant skate right before she left the scene due to injury for 17 years?

It'll be fascinating to watch as a mini-Nationals of types.

Update! No we won't. Looks like due to personal reasons/website issues, we will probably not be able to do prediction contests until January.
