Does anyone have any details on this new event? I have seen several announcements but haven't been able to find a list of competitors. Mods, feel free to merge with another thread if one already exists.

The Competition Announcement states that the entry deadline was on Sept. 17 (I've been checking online but haven't found entries yet).

Galyavieva/Thauron & Mueller/Dieck both seem to be competing in the event based on recent instagram posts.

English version:There was the 1st stage of St.Petersburg Cup on the 24-27 of September, where a lot of young and experienced skaters participated.We were glad to meet and talk to Serafima Sakhanovich off the ice, who became the silver medalist of this competition. She is very open, live and positive that is reflected in her programs. She dissolves in them and enjoys every movement. She is charged on good results showing nice performances on the season beginning. The Memorial of Denis Ten will become her next competition, where Nastya Gulyakova, taken 4th place, will participate too. It is interesting that they often compete together.We wish them good luck and good performances!

Yes, it quite promising states in Russian "live stream" on the website. "ПРЯМАЯ ТРАНСЛЯЦИЯ"

ETA: If you scroll down there is "Тут будет трансляция" "the live stream will be here". And even more down there is "Напомнить о трансляции" reminder of the stream. You can fill in your name, e-mail, telephone and get a reminder. Local time is 3 hours ahead of Helsinki, 10 hours ahead of NYC.
