We may both be hot for Schultheiss, but I totally disagree with you here. He did the elements, but this program was extremely weak in PCS. The basics weren't there, no transitions, no speed, not much performance, very basic choreography. Guys in the lower part of the penultimate group had better programs than this.

And this is coming from someone who adores Weir's Swan and Otonal programs from 2006.
You spoke for me!

Johnny's best programs were The Swan and Yunona and Avos. :drama:

It didn't matter what program or music Johnny skated to. Don'tcha know he later got backlash for the 2006 The Swan Olympics program as being too effeminate, even though it placed second and arguably should have been in first ahead of Plushy. The total backlash came after he tanked his fp at that Olympics? He began receiving death threat letters, and he thought about quitting the sport altogether.

Plus, Johnny had numerous great programs: Dr. Zhivago, Valse Triste, My Way, Imagine, Rondo Capriciosso, Otonal, Poker Face, Love Is War, et al.

KVDP's had almost no transitions, but got a bunch of 6.00s from our panel.

I guess marking higher as the event goes on is a thing for this panel too?
