I was looking forward to Mixed-ish but didn't love it. I'll give it a few more episodes since sometimes pilots can be weak.
Why do they have to add more people and more generations to bounce back and forth to add to the confusion?Oh This is Us got me good - how did I not figure it out? But glad I didn't until the end. Still wondering about future Kate though - need to find out if she's in it (the future) - hope so!

I tried Emergence last night. I don't think I will be coming back. The constant angst made me feel manipulated.
Same hereThat's how I feel about This is Us. I stopped watching mid-season 2
I thought I was the only oneSame here
I liked her too. In fact, I liked most of the actors and their portrayals. It was the direction (and some of the writing) I didn't like. Ooo, lets make sure everyone is on edge and nervous through the whole hour. I dislike those kinds of shows. There needs to be an ebb and flow - like a good skating program. What I liked about Emergence is that the lead actress does not have the typical appearance of a leading TV actress. I like the kinda normal family atmosphere.
That's why I stopped watching after season 1 episode 2 ahahahaThat's how I feel about This is Us. I stopped watching mid-season 2
Yeah I could tell from the promos and what people said about it that it wouldn't be my cup of tea.I never started watching This is Us so no need to quit it.
I watch, but the only story I care about is Jack. That's how I feel about This is Us. I stopped watching mid-season 2
I'm going to watch the rerun of this tonight (another Law show???) because I might need something to watch if AT&T cancels our ABC network - Grey's, A Million Little Things, The Rookie, New Amsterdam. Geez. I might need major synopses from you guys. I had to go practically all summer without American Ninja Warrior because AT&T was fighting with NBC.Bluff City Law.
p.s. (late) - Oops - New Amsterdam is not on ABC. And our ABC station did not go off the air yesterday like the crawl said it might. That's not to say it will be there the next time I turn on the t.v. Fingers crossed. (They probably had to show all the college football games first. hmpf.)I'm going to watch the rerun of this tonight (another Law show???) because I might need something to watch if AT&T cancels our ABC network - Grey's, A Million Little Things, The Rookie, New Amsterdam. You haven't watched Chicago Med yet, have you?
I thought Stumptown and The Unicorn were okay enough for me to try two or three more episodes.
I watched my DVRd All Rise. That might be good. Bull is on right after that - two legal shows. I'll have to watch them on separate days so I don't get confused.
