I think Tessa pre dated these visits and very likely inspired them! Must say it is one of my favourite places as well. Great scenery, lovely food and a lively atmosphere. Besides, has been inspiration and the haunt of several artists.

Tessa goes to France every year because she has family friends there (they were on an episode of VM's reality show). I know she went to Provence specifically last year as well, but I don't remember where these friends live...and I'm definitely not willing to rewatch that awful show, lol.

That would be amazing. In my dreams Tessa would coach, too, and they would be another version of Marie and Patch. However, I don't think coaching is in Tessa's plans.

I love listening to Scott in in-depth interviews. He’s just so open and I find what he has to say so interesting. Very nice podcast. It was interesting to hear him say that him and Tessa found it impossible to navigate relationships with others and their own relationship and that’s why they’ve remained single the last couple of years.

I think it must be hard for others to understand the loyalty and love they offer their dance partner. Not a romantic love but love all the same.

Without saying too much I just don’t think it would be that complicated if there weren’t some kind of feelings there. Other teams have made it work: Meryl and Charlie, Anna and Luca for example. Anna and Luca used to be romantically involved, I believe. So they had at least moved on from that.

V&M had made it work while in relationships successfully in 2010. They may have simply found at this age it isn't as easy to compartmentalize, and it would be easier to lean on each other more and focus on their goals. I agree they seemed different this time around, but I don't think it means they have these unrequited/hidden feelings for each other. They just didn't have distractions.

Same thoughts. I mean other teams doing shows, coaching, making choreo and have families. So one thing i can't get, why making families will not let them to do shows?
I like this interview, like that one with Scott Livingston. I feel like Scott more mature now, really know, what he want to do and even start to do a little coaching now.
They bring so much into ice dance, so deserve to do what will make them happy now.
