I lurves me some Andrea Joyce, but here she is on Kostner's SP: "[E]very single tenth of a point counts." https://youtu.be/oeJFgyzmaAM?t=308

    :wall:

Earth to Andrea, come in please! Under this new-fangled COP thing, skaters are marked in quarter points, and every single hundredth of a point counts. :COP:

    Today's TV/DVR reminder for Saturday, Feb. 4:
NBC 3:00-4:30 p.m. Eastern - Women’s/Men’s Free [& other highlights?]; commentators are Belbin White, Lipinski, Weir.

    ETA:

NBC opens with Savchenko/Massot's FS :). I'm both  & impressed that the decision was made to show the final group of pairs' free skates (Stolbova/Klimov, Tarasova/Morozov, James/Cipres).

.... and only brief excerpts from Papadakis/Cizeron's FD (just as well because the NBC crew talks way too much during the skating).

    ETA #2:

Ladies FS (4 of the 6 in final group were shown): Sotskova, Medevedeva, Kostner, Pogorilaya.

    Men's FS: Javier Fernandez only.

Watching NBC today, I can't get over the fact that Tara is two years older than Tanith. Tanith is so much more poised, mature & professional than Tara.

Tanith seems to have taken advantage of all the education available, both formal and informal.

It seems pretty accurate from the schedule that has appeared on my DVR, but I'm not sure. That's an awfully long time slot for Thursday. Times are Eastern. I'm assuming all will be repeated on Universal HD, however there are only 2 shows listed on that schedule so far.
