I LOVE THIS EPISODE. I especially love Martin's "return". OK you stand by your principle, and die. Rick was a sheriff, Glenn was a pizza delivery guy and Carol was a freaking housewife. They adapted to survive. Conscience is not that important in times like these. And Tyrese wasn't even proper enough to clear the house before he started wandering around aimlessly looking at photos.

As much as I feel Noah is annoying and way over the top, he is at least part responsible for having Beth and Tyrese killed off, for which I am OK. :p

Nice to see the flower girls and the Governor back. I wish Ty had hallucinated about Hershel too!

I felt Beth's song was nice :scream:

"The plan just got dicked."

And, apparently when that happens, you all go a little nuts. And where the hell does Abraham find a barber in the middle of a zombie apocalypse? come on producers.

I was wondering if maybe the zombies get excited by more motion, so that's why the plan was just to sort of lure them into the gulley.

Or maybe they just didn't want to expend the energy. Who knows.

That was certainly one of Rick's better little speeches.

ETA: So Aaron seems like bad news. Or is that just what the producers want us to think?

Also, this group might not be lucky often, but they sure lucked out that Judith is generally a quiet baby.

Another great episode. "We are the Walking Dead". Wow. (and finally there is some sense for them to finally run out of petrol after 5 years)

It's been at least four to five years after the apocalyse, I thought the walkers were supposed to be thinner and weaker.

I think it's been two years.

Also, why didn't they walk in the early morning and late evening? I get not walking in the shade of the trees because of random zombies, but I don't understand why they were walking in the heat of the day.

Well "TWD" is suppose to introduce a new gay male character during the remaining seasons episodes.

I just figured with how clean and manicured Aaron was, he has to be the one. I know I'd be handing out soap, toothpaste and deodorant if I came upon Rick and the gang.

Better episode than last week's...which was pretty slow.

I loved the dynamic between Rick and Michonne in this one. She basically challenges Rick in this one and comes out the winner. I really like how they've allowed her character to grow over the past few seasons. She's able to keep that instinct that's kept her alive for so long but she's also opened herself up enough to want to see the good in people. I understand Rick's mistrust (it's a necessity) but I like that he's willing to let go and step out on faith.

I don't know what's going on with this new place. After Woodbury/the Governor, the Claimers, Terminus/Termites...I suppose the group is due to meet some decent people...

I know some of what happens...

They stay in Alexandria for a while and Rck becomes leader. They meet a villain worse than the governor. Maggie gets preggers.

I hate it when the writers have the characters make stupid decisions for the sake of drama. "Let's leave at night! And let's go on a road that the guy who hasn't lied to us yet says isn't cleared! So we can hit some zombies! And then fight in the dark and light one up with a flare!"

Really, really stupid.

What gets me is the horrible drivers who can't keep their eyes on the road to make sure they don't hit zombies. Lori did it, Daryl did it, Glenn did it...Abraham was doing it but didn't hit any. Keep your eyes on the road!!!

And they need to make a suped-up truck that can CUT through zombies. Maybe while at Alexandria, Abraham can make one.

As a resident of Alexandria, I was really perplexed by the mountain overlook shot of Northern VA and DC. I guess that's what happens when you film in Georgia. I've long argued that the Alexandria Safe-Zone would be in Crystal City, but my husband thinks near Fort Belvoir. The TV show should do Old Town or Mount Vernon, so we can see George and Martha Washington impersonator zombies. ;)

I thought they should do a shot of Congress with the zombie legislators. I figure next season will skip ahead a couple of years so they can age baby Judith and get back to the not so good things that happen at Alexandria.

So I was over on previously.tv and someone said that the reason Rick was so paranoid about Aaron is because if the prison had held, this would probably be the exact way that they would go out and look for people to bring in. Watch them first, then decide.

I still think he was being an idiot, though.

I think Rick is right to be cautious. Just because Aaron or Eric are good people doesn't mean there is no danger in Alexandria. I am sure there were some good people in Woodbury who believed it was a good place to live - including Andrea.

I don't know what lies ahead but I hope they at least have some well-deserved rest. Seems like they never had any ever since the Governor broke the prison.

I think they will adopt the main plot from the comic but hope they make sufficient changes in the TV to make it less predictable.

Emily Kinney is going to be at the Mohegan Sun casino, so looks like I'm going (I know PrincessLeppard will be so jealous :p ). One of my best friends is a huge Beth fan and she's demanded that I accompany her, plus it's free so I can deal.

I'll be hoping that some other people from the show are there as well though lol.

According to the official TWD FB page, the season finale will be 90 minutes long.

At Emily Kinney's show! Almost didn't get in because the free seats were limited and the rest were reserved BUT people didn't show up for their reservations and my friends and I got a booth right up front. Awesome!

Rick didn't kill the walker?! That's not going to backfire or anything...

ETA: Well I totally had a vision of the walker coming after Carl, a la Dale.
