    In skating terms, he wrote and played the piece "Parisienne Walkways" AKA, Lang and Tchernasyhev's 2002 FD

    His version of Shapes of Things was :respec:

    He influenced a lot of my favorite guitarists, such as Steve Clark of Def Leppard. I'd like to think they're sitting on a cloud somewhere, writing awesome riffs. :)

    eta: Just read the article. His song with Phil Lynott, Out in the Fields, is :kickass: as well.

    My first thought, too, until I realized how old he would be. That made me think about how old I am. :(
