If I was on the red carpet, I think I would have lost the purse. Some random person in the background in black with a bright red purse.

There is something wrong with the world when the best dress I've seen so far is on Hilary Swank.

Does anyone know about the "ads" that Melissa Leo put out that might hurt her chances?

It is a cross between Elle and June Carter Cash look. I don't mind the dress, but the hair is a bit too prom or homecoming for me. She just needs a tiara.

Didn't get a full look at Gwyneth's dress, but I thought it looked nice. At the very least she didn't look like she had saggy boobs.

She financed ads that promotes herself to encourage the academy to vote for her, which is a big no no and reeks of desperation

Wow, why did Leo do that? I think she was probably the front runner anyway.

Oooh, snap! Sandra Bullock with a dig at Ryan Toolcrest.

I like Gwyneth's dress a lot, but her hair seems too casual for it.

Loved Bullock's red Vera Wang. I also love Jennifer Lawrence's simple red dress. Shows off what a fab body she has.

Is Gwyneth Paltrow's dress liquid beaded, or is that just some uber strange silver pleather?

The Donald's on the red carpet. Trump is like Kim Kadashian: They show up on the Red Carpet for events like the Grammies and Golden Globes when they have no business being there

Celine looks great, and I'm not usually a big fan of full-sleeves gowns

I kind of like Gwyneth Paltrow┬┤s dress, especially the color and neck cut, she looks like a prudish Barbarella. Now her hairstyle seems like overcompensating Scarlett┬┤s lack of :shuffle:

ScarJo not looking good. Liked Sandra Bullock who just snarked at Seacrest.

Halle Berry is stunning as usual. Wow! Liked Gwynneth's dress too. Anne Hathaway's red gown is gorgeous. Also, Amy Adams blue one is nice. JHud has a gorgeous dress on but I don't like how her boobs are smooshed by that halter.

I don't know who Nancy O'Dell is but that turquoise dress is amazing.

Mila Kunis is wearing a lovely lavender curtain.

    lol @ tux, allezfred.

Anne Hathaway's dress looks like a cat crawled up the back of it and got stuck half way up, then died.

I like the front of Anne Hathaway's dress, but not too sure about the bustle on the back.

Is red the "in" color this year?

I liked Sandra Bullocks dress, but that hair is so severe looking and she needs some rouge.

Supposedly Anne Hathaway has 5 different dresses just for the telecast.
