I was just wondering what music people haven`t heard or not heard of a great deal but would think great for solo/pairs/dance

Django Reinhardt! His discography is like a history of jazz. Some skaters have used his songs played by others (Lambiel did the Chocolat soundtrack in his 2003 LP, and Verner had 2 Django songs in his 2009 Worlds SP) but there's a treasure trove for the taking in the actual Django recordings.

For exhibitions, there's Helmut Lotti. Everyone's used Bocelli, Buble, and Groban, but Lotti's got great, audience-friendly stuff that would be great for exhibitions.
