    Interesting case where an ISP in Australia successfully defended a case brought against them by a number of Hollywood film companies. The companies claimed the ISP was responsible for what people downloaded over the internet. The case was basically thrown out because the ISP has no control over what it subscribers do.


    Hooray for commonsense I say!
